HOW IT WORKS

Its easy !!

• Simply browse our Online Shop & choose the type of Memory Bear keepsake you wish for us to create for you, don't forget these are just samples your unique Memory Bear will be made from the clothes/fabric you send us.
  
  

• Next, choose the size of your Memory Bear from standard, large or extra large & any embroidery if required. You then have the option to choose from our 1 week or 3 week express turn around, along with our standard service.
  
  If you require your Memory Bear before a specific date, please let us know & we will try our hardest to achieve this.
  
  Simply then add to cart & progress to checkout.
  
  

• At checkout you will be asked to fill in your details & pay safely & securely through our payment partner PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account click on the PayPal link as they also offer an option to alternatively pay by debit or credit card.
  
  

• Once your order is processed we will then send you a self addressed waterproof carrier with your order number for you to send us your clothes/fabric. Simply take this to your local post office & send your parcel by recorded delivery so that a signature can provide proof of receipt, this reduces the risk of loss or damage.
  
  (We originally let customers send their own clothes/fabric but unfortunately some customers did not include their order number, name or even package them properly)
  
  

• Once your clothes have been received we then hand craft your Memory Bear from our specially crafted patterns.
  
  

• We will then send your unique Memory Bear plus any uncut clothes/fabric by Signed For Recorded Delivery in a special Memory Bears wrapping and box.
