Memory Bears are made by hand, by using material supplied by yourself. With three sizes available & other animals on request. Look at our FAQ for a guide of how many items of clothing are required for each bear. Clothes need to be clean & in a reasonable state. Clothing that is too worn will impact on the quality of the finished product.

HOW MUCH ARE YOUR MEMORY BEARS?
Standard Memory Bears start from £99.95.
Large Memory Bears start from £119.95.
Extra Large Memory Bears start from £139.95
WHAT SIZE ARE YOU MEMORY BEARS ?
Standard Memory Bears are approximately 25cm/10" when sitting.
Large Memory Bears are approximately 35cm/14" when sitting.
Extra Large Memory Bears are approximately 45cm/18" when sitting.
HOW MANY ITEMS & WHAT MATERIAL IS BEST TO USE FOR MEMORY BEARS?
4-5 items of small baby clothes
( 3-6 months, baby grows, etc.)
4-5 items of medium baby clothes
( 6-12 months baby grows, cotton t-shirts, etc.)
3-4 items of large baby clothes
(18-24 months, jersey, cotton clothing, etc.)
2-3 items of children's clothing
(cardigan, jumper, sweatshirt, t-shirt, jeans, etc.)
1-2 items of adult clothing
(jumper, t-shirt, cotton shirt, jeans, etc)
Most knitted items can be used but this will alter the size of the bear due to the material. Don't forget to include badges, ties or extra uniform.
Clothes must be clean & in good condition. Worn clothing may affect the quality of the finished keepsake.
HOW DO I SEND THE ITEMS OF CLOTHING TO YOU?
Once you have placed your order online we will then send you a self addressed waterproof carrier with your order number for you to send us your clothes/fabric. Simply take this to your local post office & send your parcel by recorded delivery so that a signature can provide proof of receipt, this reduces the risk of loss or damage.
(We originally let customers send their own clothes/fabric but unfortunately some customers did not include their order number, name or even package them properly)
CAN YOU EMBROIDER?
Yes, all our embroidery is meticulously sewn by hand not machine and has a maximum number of 10 characters per foot. This does take a considerable amount of time however we feel this gives a better more crafted finish.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO CREATE MY MEMORY BEAR?
Standard Turn Around - Once your clothes have been received, it will take approximately 8-12 weeks to complete each Memory Bear. If you require your order before a specific date, please let us know in advance & we will try our hardest to achieve this.
(Please be aware turn around times are from receipt of clothing not from date of order. As every Memory Bear is totally unique, these times are subject to change, express price quoted is per bear)

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
When ordering online we take all of our payments through PayPal. We have found this the easiest & safest option. If you do not have a PayPal account follow the link & at the bottom of the screen there is also an option to pay by credit or debit card.
CAN I GIVE THE MEMORY BEAR TO A CHILD AS A TOY?
Sorry No. Due to the external material supplied by yourselves memory bears are not toys. They can not be individually CE checked & have been sold to you as an ornamental item only. By continuing with a purchase you have agreed this term by placing an order.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
We cannot accept returns as this is truely a bespoke item. Please note that there may be variations, due to the very different natures of the fabrics we receive, the final item may differ slightly from the examples shown.
Please be aware of this before ordering.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT VOUCHERS?
Yes we offer Gift Vouchers, these can be sent by either post or by email to the purchaser as an attachment.
